Delicious Cheesy Potatoes Recipe {Using Only Four Ingredients}

This is the easiest cheesy potato recipe you’ll ever make.  It only takes 4 ingredients and about 45 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen shredded hash browns (30-32 ounces)
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup (use more if the recipe is too dry)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

  1.  Reserve about 1 ounce of cheddar cheese for the end.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.  The hash browns should be covered with the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cheese.  If there are dry spots in the mixture, put more cream of chicken soup or sour cream.
  3. Place into a casserole dish.  Bake uncovered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
  4. After 45 minutes, take the cheesy potatoes out and the extra cheese reserved at the beginning.  Bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes or until hash browns are cooked through.
